Haul | Boots & a teeny bit of The Body Shop

So, I thought I'd stock up on some of the stuff I'd run out on and just try new things. If they are new things, I'll let you know if I like them or not in a couple weeks :)

Let's get started.

1) Original Source Shower Gels: I'd heard a lot about these so I thought I'd give it a try. I tried the mint one that night (although I'd suggest that you use the mint one in the morning) and it smells soooo good! Also, it really wakes you up! Which is why I'd suggest you use it in the morning (especially Monday :P). It gives you that tingly sensation on your skin but it really isn't uncomfortable.

2) This was a repurchase because my Soap & Glory one had run out. I saw the Carex one's on offer at Boots for a pound across their whole brand so I picked the moisturising one because as you all probably know, sanitising hand gels really dry your hands out.

3) Well, I deserved a new mascara anyway which is why I purchased this one. Also because I've heard a lot about this one in particular. Basically what it does is that it coats the hairs "one by one" as the name suggests but uhmm, so far I'm not too keen on it but I'll give it a couple more tries and see what's up.

4) I'd completely run out on my Rimmel Stay Matte powder so I did need a new one so I thought I'd try this Rimmel Clear Complexion one. It is less dryer looking than the Stay Matte one, however, it doesn't keep me matte all day..

5) I don't mean to sound neeky but this was my most exciting purchase! Basically what this is, is a nude coloured waterproof eyeliner for the water line. And, the reason why I am so excited is because as far as I know, only high end makeup brands made the nude coloured eyeliners such as M.A.C cosmetics. I know you're thinking "well, why don't you just use white eyeliner?!" ..to me, white on the water line looks really harsh, cold and almost like theatre makeup. That's just me personally, cause I know a lot of people like white liners. Also, isn't weird how waterproof eyeliners can line the waterline?! ha ha ha

6) This is something that I wanted to purchase for a verrrryy long time but I always forgot! literally. So, this time, I made sure to pick it up first at Boots. I had read great reviews about it and apparently, the papers are fused with Salicylic Acid which helps prevent and get rid of spots. I get really oily at my T-Zone (forehead, nose, chin) towards the end of the day so all I have to do is pat 1 paper all over those area's and the paper soaks up the oil and you can actually see it on the paper! Gross, right?!

7) I've been using Natural Collection one for God knows how long and I really didn't like it because it was  very sheer and didn't really cover anything. So, my first intention was to buy Collection's (previously Collection 2000) Lasting Perfection concealer but there was none *cries* so I decided to get Maybelline's Super Stay one after swatching all concealers in Boots and ending up looking like I had patchy skin on my face, I decided to get this one because it was closer to my skin colour (yellow undertones and all that). Let me just say this, it is amazing so far!

8) Everyone should own this because it is very hygienic especially after you cleanse your face (pat it dry not scrub it dry), you don't want to use any towel or a tissue especially if you get acne breakouts! It cost's 99p at Boot's and is pink so really gurl, you have no excuse not to get it. So get it! Your face will thank me you.

9) Lastly, I popped into The Body Shop (they're having a 50% off and a 3for2 sale by the way!!) and I picked up a "Refining" Bath Lily because I love the quality of their bath lily's and their so cute and luxurious looking for only £2!

....aaaand that's it for my haul, they'll probably be another one because I'm off to go shopping after I put this up. I hope you enjoyed it and let me know if you already have any of the products mentioned above.

A blue kiss from me to you!! ha ha ha ;) XOXO
