False lashes in a mascara tube?!

Yup, the title say's it all! Shocking right??

I know a lot of people don't like the hassle of falsies, or the look of it, or the fact that it's so fiddly (especially if you're new to the whole game!). So as I was searching around, I came across this Love Alpha mascara duo which was raved about on YouTube and the fact that it was very in-expensive prompted me to try it out for myself. So, me and my cousin ordered 1 each from Ebay which cost around £8 (Including p+p. Actual product is less than £5), which took SO long to arrive because I believe it's shipped all the way from Hong Kong. Me personally, I didn't like the packaging, I think it looks cheap (which it is haha) and tacky but I was quite surprised at the end results on my lashes.

It comes in a glasses like case with leopard print and the logo in silver writing

Inside is black velvet and the logo again in silver on the top inside cover
with a strap (which breaks easily) where the 2 products are secure
There's a (what I think) is a generic mascara but they call it the transplanting gel which smells funky (but doesn't linger on) in the longer tube and the smaller tube consists of natural fibres.

Transplanting Gel

Natural Fibre

Basically, you're meant to coat your lashes with the transplanting gel as you would a normal mascara on any other day then carefully run the natural fibre wand on your lashes so your lashes grab the tinyyy fibre's to create that whole false lash, thicker, longer, fuller lashes. Then you give a final coating of transplanting gel to secure all the fibre's in place. Cool huh?

Also, you can do as many coats as you'd like. I done one coat of transplanting gel first, a coating of natural fibre, another coat of transplanting gel, another coat of fibre's then the final coat of the gel and it doesn't even look clumpy! Well I think anyway. The only downside of this is that it's very tedious and I wouldn't suggest you do it every morning because it is time consuming especially if you're a perfect freak like me! :(

After application
Sorry for the rubbish photo's of my eye! I took them myself and I couldn't get the focus right :( ..But I hope you can get the idea of how different my lashes look before and after.

To get it off, just rinse your lashes with warm water to get the fibre's off then carry on with your eye makeup remover.

I would say there are other ways to get the falsies effect. I mean, I think Max Factor still does their false lash effect mascara which I loved! And Maybelline does their falsies mascara which is another all time favourite of mine. But this is just another way for those who love experimenting (like me!) to get your lashes performing at their very best without having to insert false ones.

I hope you enjoyed reading this, and please do tell me what you think and also, if you have any questions.. feel free to ask!

Lots of love XOXO
