I've always thought that no matter how dark your hair is, don't ever ever ever use black eyebrow pencil/powder to define your brows. It looks really fake and over drawn. If you happen to have dark hair, always opt for a brown or dark brown.This makes it more natural looking. Also, if you have blonde hair, go for a couple shades darker for your brows and if you're a brunette, go for a couple shades lighter.
